Service Description
During a skincare consultation, you and your aesthetician will review any aesthetic skin issues you have such as acne, acne scarring, wrinkles, brown spots, fine lines, or texture issues and to discuss your current skincare regimen. You'll also discuss anything else you want to improve about your skin. Any amount paid for the consultation can be redeemed for their next treatment. Please follow the cancelation policy.
Cancellation Policy
EPIC Clinic Cancellation Policy To keep appointments fair for all clients, EPIC Clinic requires at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the booking fee/deposit being non-refundable. If you do not attend your appointment without notice, this will be treated as a no-show, and any booking fee/deposit paid will be lost. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation if there is not enough time to safely complete the treatment.
